Hat zufällig jemand etwas Ahnung davon, wie es in #Deutschland um die legale Situation beim Betrieb einer #Mastodon-/#Pleroma-/#Peertube usw. #Instanz bestellt ist? Ich spiele nämlich mit dem Gedanken, bin aber von der #Rechtslage verunsichert.
Does anybody know something about the legal situation in #Germany for running a #Mastodon-/#Pleroma-/#Peertube- #instance? I am thinking about it, but unsure because of the #law.
@saper Yes, for example, I would have to expect complications with the NetzDG, that our great, great politicians implemented so extremely stupid. Even if it was a private instance, I wouldn't know if it was going to be save from it.

@waweic please remember this #mastodon legal advice comes with zero quality:) I really recommend to make habit of reading actual laws (such as Telemediengesetz, Datenschutz Grundverordnung, etc.) as they are not that hard to read. Most of the press articles are a waste of time.
